Siegfred C. de Guzman
, whose secular background is in the field of Commerce, major in Accounting, is a graduate of the International Baptist Theological College of Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, the Tabernacle Baptist Bible College of Norzagaray, Bulacan both in the Philippines, where he completed a Bachelor of Theology and a Bachelor of Divinity degrees respectively; he holds Master's Degree in Christian School Operation from Great Plains Baptist Divinity School in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, USA. He is presently taking up Bachelor of Science in Education majoring in the Bible under the direction of Genesee Valley Baptist Institute and Seminary of Penfield, New York and is working in his Masteral Program in Religious Education under the Landmark Baptist Theological Seminary of Forth Worth, Texas.

He is actively involved in community services managing a cooperative and farmers' group and conducts medical-dental missions through the help from various sources. He is also a value formation lecturer under the Chaplain's Service of the Philippine National Police.

He also conducts evangelistic open-air meetings in different places 12 to 20 times a year using film showings with great results of professions of faith in Christ among crowds.

He is married to the former Susan Edar Amoto and the Lord blessed that union with three children; Cynthia Lara, Clarizza Lois and Cyrus Ladd. He is presently overseeing the flagship ministry First Baptist Church & Ministries of San Mateo, Calvary Heights Baptist Temple of Norzagaray, Higher Ground Baptist Chapel of Ipo, Forest Hills Baptist Mission of San Lorenzo and Mt. Zion Baptist Mission of San Mateo. President of Fundamentalist Baptist Institute and Administrator of Freedom Mountain Baptist Academy and Temple Baptist Academy all in Bulacan.

He has written, ready for printing, several Christian topics on Soul-winning, Bible versions, Commitment, Youth, Theology, Missions, Music, Giving, Last Words of Christ and others.
